Anamitra Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Dear Friends, Can anybody suggest/ post the link where i can download the Complete switch ES Software as my earlier installed software is not running in Windows 7. Urgent reply appreciated, i am in soup! any idea whether there is any other version or not? Regards

Sentronix Posts: 66 Rating: (4)	Dear Anamitra, Switch ES Power is not available for free download, it can be ordered by using order-no. 3SZ2311-0CC10-0YA0. For the future it shall be replaced by free software powerconfig. On http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/22951684/130000 there is available V2.2, which does not include Profibus communication, yet. V2.3 including Profibus is already released and should be available for free download within the next weeks. Please be aware that it requires platform STEP7 on your PC. Best regards Sentronix

But have you tried this on WIndows 7? it seems it does not work on W7, is there any other/ New/ differentversion available? is there any location where siemens employees can find it out for use and download? And yes, i came to know that V2.3 is released in SAG, i think it is launched in Dec only. But waveform buffer is anyway not available in V2,2 or 2.3 na? I am using V2.2 and i am not finding Waveform Buffer and TU Error indication (Offline), so i was searching for Switch ES. Regards

Sentronix Posts: 66 Rating: (4)	Hello Anamitra, Powerconfig V2.3 will run with windows 7. Because waveform: Powerconfig is a tool to parameterize various devices and to display values readen from a circuit breaker or metering device, however, there are not included further functions. Anamitra Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello Sentronix, yes i am aware that V2.3 will run on WIndows 7. sorry my question was following: Is Switch ES running on WIndows 7? and I am using Powerconfig V 2.2 and i have the following questions there: Is Powerconfig 2.3/ 2.2 having waveform buffer function? Is Powerconfig 2.3/ 2.2 having TUerror display? What are the information displayed on the "Message" window of Powerconfig? What are the information, alert and warnings messages which are shown on Powerconfig "Message" window? Thanks and Regards Anamitra Biswas

Sentronix Posts: 66 Rating: (4)	Hello Anamitra, Switch ES was launched years ago and was not updated during the last years. There were not done any tests if it runsWindows 7. I haven´t installed powerconfig on my PC, yet, so I cannot answer your questions at the moment. Best regards Sentronix
