Switch status to HMI recipe menu

Hi!

I have a LOGO! 7 program with a lot of multifunctional switches, with a network inputs.

Now, is a need to transfer "status of these switches" to recipe menu in HMI (recipe menu selectable Status). 

How it would be most sensible to do? (I would not want anything to change in LOGO! the RS; perhaps there is an easier way?)

They are directly in the Ethernet communication HMI - LOGO
