hi we have similar problem with this type of sync module, 3times fail in 3 different cpu in 6 month!!, and each time led of redundant sync was off,not itself, i.e. the sync that its led was off was ok and corresponding sync in other cpu wasnt ok and we changed it! I couldnt find any reason.. |

Hi ghorbani, for such a failure you need to provied more information about the PLC condition & Possibility.. if everything is ok then it is better you will contact the Support Request.... Which you will find in Right hand side of the your Forum Page on top. |

I asked a question about defective sync module in other thread with the title of sync module fault in 2011, but I didn't get any helpful answer,I was trying to ensure about erthing of panels and it was about standard values.so after happening this failure again and again Im being forced to ask again about the reason of why the sync modules get damaged. Significant issue about this problem is that unlike the siemens tasks (for example in LED error Displays with H-CPU in H technology CPU41x Article) the defective sync module's LED still lights and other correct sync module's LED is Off !! and after replacing the Sync Module that its LED isOn , the problem resolved. I appreciate any helpful reply. Thanks. |
