Hi I am working with TP1500 Comfort HMI. I am trying to load to the HMI using Tia portal V14 but i keep getting a fault "the confIgured device does not match the target device"' I can ping the HMI and when i use primary set up tool I can find it as well.When i am loading it o Tia portal i am able to flash it. please help.Thank you :) I HAVE SAME PROBLEM AND INSTALL HSPS BUT NOT SOLVED ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

which ordernumber have the panel online and which ordernumber you have used in the project? |

Hello farzadpan I think you have one of the newer TP1500 V2. Check this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109748849 The V2 Panels can be programmed with WinCC V14 SP1 HSP or WinCC V15. But not with earlier Versions! Bye Murof |
