Generally, this is a pick hours time in india and what vithani said is absolutely correct.

It is independend from ampount of users and from campaign. My idea is, that the forum has very low priority on Siemens - servers. If some other application (catalog update is performed ore something else) the resources for forum application are going down. In the german forum, we ask once for improving server capacity instead of giving premiums. Also I ask myself, why an https is in use?

For me, today in morning almost for half an hour I was not able to create any post or PM and last evening too while opening any conference IBN-Service It is independend from ampount of users and from campaign. I thought its because of Server Load - But today I found problem in morning only so I think same that its independent IBN-Service My idea is, that the forum has very low priority on Siemens - servers If some other application (catalog update is performed ore something else) the resources for forum application are going down.. On Last Saturday, I found most of new threads page are full of these kind of threads and noticed that there are two senders creates their accounts on the same day. I hope moderators will take an action twords theses threads. Specially sending alot of these threads reduces probability of answering new technical problems. I know that we can always see non answed threads from (Open thread) but this option is not public as I know.
