Greetings to all. Wish you guys a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.aril I know that this might sound similar and i have gone through the questions and answers posted earlier but none came close to reply the question that i have . I am a newbie in this topic but i have hands on experience in troubleshooting some minor problems while working as a line tech in Siemens a few years back. I have TIA portal version 11 sp2 and i have the some problems in installing the software into my pc. Failed Prerequisties DCOM settings-default impersonation level and default authentication level - and i am on a pc running on windows xp sp3. Any methods on how to overcome these issues - any settings that i have to adjust in the windows files? I am trying to download some manuals on the TIA portal but cannot decipher most of the informations, hahahaha. Appreciate a prompt reply and looking forward to a positive reply from your side.
