Hello, seems like there is not only the TIA Portal affected from the incomplete Data. You can try to reinstall the Automation Licence Manager. SIOS is the website here (Siemens Industrial Online Support)! https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/105825934 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/106448872 Regards |

Hello All, Thank you for the responses, it is much appreciated. I uninstalled ALM and then began to try to reinstall it. I was given the following link to the ALM software: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/114358 The problem I have now is that whenever I try to reinstall ALM, I can't get it to load. I get a message saying 'Error 1327. Invalid Drive: E:\". What I can't understand is that I make sure that the installation location is: C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Automation License Manager\" (which is the default link). I only see two log files generated last night when I tried to get the system to Run. I will attach them here. I will also try to put down the screen captures of what I did also. Again, thank you for all of the help. Best Regards, John AttachmentALM Install Logs.zip (135 Downloads) |
