TIA Portal V12: Error not found devices on the network

khoa.trandang Posts: 5 Rating: (1)	Dear all! I'm Khoa. Tran Dang Khoa, I'm come from Vietnamese. I use TIA Porttal V12 to write program for PLC s7-1200. Although I know my PLC s7-1200 has ip: 192.168.1.180 but When i use: "Update accessible devices" in "Online access" : No devices were found on the network. And when I try download to devices. it's successful. I think fimware has a problem. I choose a new version, but "No devices were found on the network" I choose a new CPU (1211c -> 1212c: I have 2 PLC), but "No devices were found on the network" But when I use TIA Portal V11, I found devices on the network What happen???????????????? Please help me! Thank

allmächt! Posts: 215 Rating: (6)	Hello Khoa, first of all: the IP seems to be right because you can download the program. You could also try to ping the PLC to check the link. If you want to see which devices are accessible you have to look up the interface inthe system settings. Please check the entries in "accessible devices" to be equal to the system settings (please refer to the screenshots you find in the ZIP). The moment the entries are right the PLC will be listed. I had try all but it's not successful And when i use Tia protal V11, it's successful Hjhj I don't know why? I had just downloaded TIA portal V12 (the new dowload). I will try uninstall and install new. I hope it's successful. I will send information when i finish Thank all
