Can you set a static IP to your network-adapter that is inside the IP-range of the CPU?

I had the same problem and discovered that PUT/GET is disabled by default as of firmware version 4 so you have to enable it manually. This forum entry has the details:

Hi,

The IP address detected by TIA Portal is 147.91.9.41.

The IP Address you have mentioned are in very different range.

Can you set the IP in same range as PLC?

Maybe, WireShark  or Microsoft Network Manager will assist you better in finding Network Issues.

I have Tia portal V13 sp1 and when I want to connect and download a program to a plc (S7-1200)the connection is not

posible. I see the IP of the plc and I can flash the LED but I can not download the program to PLC.

I'm sure that my network card of pc work properly and the cable was good also and the plc too because I can connect

withe an other pc but not with mine, knowing that I searche a solution of this problem in this forum but I don't

find it, knowing that I don't have an anti-virus and I désactivate a firewall of windows7.

 hey 

1- check the part number and version of the CPU , maybe the version is not supported by tia v13 sp1 

2- try to make the ip of your device in the same domain of the PLC , or make it automatic  and try again .

3- If the CPU used before maybe its write protected , so if you don't need to the program in the CPU format it, that will help .
