TIA V13 to TIA v13 SP1 project upgrading issue

Hello friend kindly help me out regarding this subject, I am trying to ugrade project backup of TIA v13 in v13 SP1 but uanble to upgrade it, kindly check attachment for error details

Softwares Used: TIA v13 sp1, WinCC basic: v13 sp1

You have only WinCC Basic V13 SP1.

The message says you need WinCC Comfort V13 SP1.

I tried with WInCC comfort v13 SP1 with advance and basic version but it showing same error .

Why does the message complain about V13?
I would expect it to complain about V13 SP1.

Make sure you open TIA Portal V13 SP1.
Then browse for the project V13 project.

The WinCC you need is not installed.
The last screenshot says so.

I agree with ixo65. So many license cannot be legal. Could you not even at least remove some licenses that it looked legal. You do not deserve to be serviced.
