Time Scheduler

Hi

I want to start an output at an specified time (for example at 10:30 AM).

By means of a weekly timer I can do this but the time parameter cannot change by a counter.

Are there any  block that it's time parameter can be change by a counter for this purpose?

I have tried "Hours counter" but I don't know whether it fitted for this or not.

I want the switching time to be editable by the user (in logo TD for web server)

for example I am connecting a counter to parameter input of a time block( on-delay, off-delay and....) and the parameter can be change by user without editing the program in LSC.

I nned to do the same for editing the switching time. 

weekly timer does not have any parameter input  and must be uploaded to PC and edited it in the LSC.
