TIStar Model 70 TIMEKEEPER NVRAM REPLACEMENT

I am still supporting 2 Model 70 systems. One system stopped working recently because the TIMEKEEPER battery is dead. Does anyone have a procedure or method for replacing the TIMEKEEPER? I have been working with Siemens, but they can no longer program the TIMEKEEPER and I have been unsuccessful with initalizing theTIMEKEEPER following a procedure provided by Motorola.
