Hi, everybody.I have same or very similar problem. If tool change sequence interrupted ,behavior of NC (840Dsl) is UNPREDICTABLE.I have a such filling , that few commands "stucked in buffer".The best solution here not to continue , but reset tool change command manually and start again .But it not alwase possible.Sometimes helps if make "NC".E_CancelToolCmd db10.dbx105.0 few times.Who knows the way to monitor which T-comman hangs ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
