TP700 Comfort backup/restore missing grapics

We have replaced a broken TP700 Comfort Panel. The backup and restore process has been done using both ProSave software and the integrated backup/restore with the USB flashdrive. Both have been successful however there are sections of missing graphics on the new TP700. These graphic button displays which are not present are critical in running the machine.

Both touch panels have identical part numbers. 

We do not have original files but trying to source from OEM. Anyone seen this and can offer advice?

Maybe you could share pictures of what should and doesn't show when doing the restore in the new Comfort Panel?

Really, the backup should include all the graphics and program objects/elements, since the only exclusions that can be made when doing the backup are related to recipes and user administration.

However, if the downloaded program has an inconsistent build, I'm afraid you'll need the original OEM program to remove the IM folder, rebuild all and download it again.
