TP700 Comfort Indirect Addressing to PLC DB

The machine has ten identical stations and each TP700 will be used to monitor/control one station. I will have a separate DB in my PLC for data to/from each TP700. My goal is to only have one TP700 application that can point to the right DB in runtime depending on which station it is. I’ve done some Google searching and also looked through lots of tech notes on the Siemens website but haven’t yet found a clear answer on how to do this. Any tips or tech notes you can point me to would be appreciated.

BALAKRISHNAN92 Silver Member Joined: 10/21/2013 Last visit: 9/19/2024 Posts: 417 Rating: (28)	Hi Isaac, 1st i would like to know have i understood your question .. 1.you have 10 TP00 station all connected to single PLC station . 2.you segregate the TP700 station by having individual DB. and your question you only need a single TP700 program developed in wincc v13 .. i guess you can use a multiplexing in absolute access .where the db number can be configure in runtime pls find the attachement.
