TP900 impossible to do any update

One of them I can reach as accessible node via usb but impossible to do any update. On the other one I cannot reach it either with USB. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from TP700 Comfort completely inaccessible and stuck on boot screen. How to reset?.
