Dear all,My company looking for given training course for 2 people with the following details:

6-Crane; Masterdrive / SIMATIC S7 Maintenance(CR-STS)

Target Group

Maintenance supervisors, maintenance technicians of container terminals, ports, steel mills. Technical personnel from crane builders and service companies involved in crane control system service and maintenance.

Objectives

This practical course is guiding attendants to work on AFE infeeders, inverters, motors and brakes of the actual rating as found on modern ship-to-shore cranes. Due to a special configuration of the training kit a hoist and trolley drive of original rating can be operated at full speed, voltage and current. For the hoist drive cranetypical loading will be simulated using the trolley drive as load simulator. A full-sized Bubenzer SB24 disk brake is installed to practice tuning of the drive for proper brake setting and -release. Handling of AFE and inverter faults is practiced to the extend of componentlevel repair and system recovery. The AFE and inverters are controlled from a SIMATIC S7-400 (CPU416) via PROFIBUS just as on the real crane control system.

Prerequisites

Prerequisitional to this course is the AC drive basic course for SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES and basic knowledge of SIMATIC S7.·

Contents

This course contents is:· SIMATIC S7-400
Setup communication to the SIMATIC S7 PLC and check the proper functioning of the PLC. Restore the original program to the PLC. · PROFIBUS communication
Troubleshooting PROFIBUS communication, understanding how PROFIBUS is working and how it is implemented on a crane. · Ethernet communication
Troubleshooting Ethernet communication, understanding how Ethernet is working and how it is implemented on a crane. · SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES AFE · SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES inverters
Function of the module's. How to troubleshoot the modules. What to do in case of replacing a module. · Simulation and monitoring realistic drive loading · MASTERDRIVES failure handling and repair
Use the test box to diagnose and replacing components · demo with SIMOSEC switchgear -the web that I take the information about the training saw that this training only held in china.Ifany onecan help my to know where it's held and any information about the training.Looking forward for your replay.

This is how to study better than karate - in Japan, Kungfu - in China, Irish dancing - in Ireland, etc. etc. But the need to travel to courses already somewhat prepared. Best regards.

Hello Peter, this is not a Free Training Course, you have to pay for this, Better from Above link try to find out the Course Detail & contact to Near Siemens office for same, there are so many time Traning in the Banglore & Mumbai also, but for that you have to touch with Siemens, each Cource having Schedule to Each year...
