troubleshooting within CPU 314C-2PtP and FM 354 SERVO, error 11:94

HI all I have troubleshooting within a machine have CPU 314C-2PtP and FM 354 SERVO everything is stopped CPU : SF LED -->on STOP LED -->flashing cycle FM 354: SF LED -->on DIAG LED -->flashing cycle the big propleme that I can't reach the FM 354 with my PG it appears to me the 11:94 error message it says that the laison can't be established with the FM 354 and another error titled as S7flagex I have attached the diagnostic report from the CPU I will be very thankful because i have for more than a week trying differnts soulution but ...
