Trying to send email notification from the java code using Mindsphere API

Hello,

I am trying to send email notification from the java code using Mindsphere API but I am unable to send it. Neither I am getting any error code nor receiving any message on my mail.The API which I am using is https://mindgate.appsdev.mindsphere.io/api/CommunicationServiceMessageQueueProducer/api/publisher/messages and the request body is 

Please suggest what steps I am missing. Also, if any other API is there for sending email notification then help me with that.
