this is better than give not correct answer to your actual to Forum not known situation, configuration. Most of problems is wrong HW configuration and parameters set. On other side, with specific HW modules as your used is required to have right experience due many cfg options. No every one can have access to your actual special comm module, this is really hard network type to configure as test, also with Mobile network accessibility and special communication service required (sms). I think that if any have some right experience then Forum will give some advice. What you must mostly to understand is that we are here not for sallary but for effort to help in case, it is different to you who have sallary for your project probably.

again pls, it is easy to find this inside the manual to your CM. Why do you ask this if you can easy check this in this manual? It looks to me that you've not read this manual, correct?

really is hard to help here, I think that documentation is clear about all what you need. Again pls, I can tell you only same what documentation offers. Start look at documentation page 93 and 94 where all is describes. Structure is with Date, phone number and sms message created. After correct blocks running you will have all data inside structure but also all depends how you've set primary system (page 93) so really is up to you, I don't have crystal ball, who knows how you  did your cfg with other parameters, rules. Looka t my attachment (manual page 93) what things need to be taken to account by you, as curiosity. What else we can help here? You need go through this manual step by step.

Your required steps are also monitor output DONE, ERROR and STATUS parameters. If you see help to TRCV_C block you can see how many variants of values depended to other parameter are there (ERROR-o, STATUS-16#7006,...) so you need prepare correct conditions in your code to know what is going on with block and data. This is simply only one part of full functionality because if you don't ahve other required settings correctly set (maybe that page 93 shows that conditions clearly) you can't have data.
