S7-300 uses different than S7-400 (rack forms a backplane bus) more details are there: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/backplane-bus-in-s7-300-and-s7-400/51865/?page=0&pageSize=10
fitted to its rack (di, dq, ai, aq, comms modules, etc.) |

hi MANISH, there is one thing i didn´t read in the other Threads. There are two types of K-Bus: -the K-Bus is performed as "partyline", that means it is physically wired to the MPI-Interface. This structure you will find in CPU312 - 315-2DP -the K-Bus is not performed as "partyline", that means K-Bus and MPI-Interface are disconnected. This structure you will find in CPU315-2PN/DP - 319-3PN/DP. hope this helps, regards, |
