UCL not registring on TIA V11

quad_dan Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Received Step 7 professional TIA PORTAL V11 SP1, and the UCL file that goes with it. I've tried every combination of installing the software and the UCL (MLK SR1 V11.0) The ALM does not show the UCL under the "Master License(s) tab. It still shows the license that I have for 5.5, but not TIA PORTAL. I did have STEP7 Basic_V11 installed previous to this, but have removed it. I can not open any projects, it complains that I dont have a valid license when trying to open the ladder editor. The UCL has worked on other laptops and desktops. We have three laptops that the UCL doesnt work on and 2 laptops and a desktop that it does work on. I think the three non-functional laptops had version 10.5 installed previously

quad_dan Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Here is the fix that I received.... It works ! (XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto) (W7: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto) 1. Stop Automation License Manager Service. 3. Rename the crypto folder and sub folder. 4. Start Automation License Manager Service.
