Do you wish to use a dynamic datatype declaration? Or are you aiming to use a static UDT declaration? Is the UDT you declared available in the pull down menu? (the down arrow where you filled in "UDT <nr>" in the picture).

A developer doesn't program by trying to put pieces together without knowing what they're about, trying to fit them together somewhere. Because that's what you're trying to do. Now, if you have a problem and you want to solve it, expose that, (the problem, developed in all its details), and certainly there will be many competent colleagues able and willing to help you.

I want to create a UDT and give this as input to the function block. Then I will write in UDT with wincc . Now I am facing the problem of how to use udt best regard
