I have a mtp1500 unified comfort model HMI.I want to keep a log on HMI via USB. I have reviewed the documents related to this issue and have taken all necessary steps. I am getting the errors in the picture on the HMI alarm page. USB is plugged into both my X61 and X62 slots. I completed the process as shown in the photos. When I click the record button on the alarm control page, the process is completed. But a csv file is not created in return. Can anyone help me? AttachmentUnified_Log.zip (90 Downloads) |

Hi, When I look at the active alarms screen, I see a "Storage medium not available" alarm. I assume you are using a V19 image because there is a bug that came with V19 and will be fixed in V19 Update 3. However, the other alarms say that alarm logging is not working. This explains why the export does not work. As some of the alarms suggest, you should take a look at the trace logs. Kind regards |

A file was created where I wanted. But no alarms were recorded in it. It contains meaningless values.

Hi, Your trace logs show some errors in the FAT filesystem (kernel: FAT-fs (sdc): FAT read failed). Have you checked your USB sticks? Can you see them in the file browser? Maybe installing the latest update (V19, Update 2) will help. Are the SQLite database files written to the USB flash drive? You might be able to check them and read their contents. Just search the web for a SQLite tool. Kind regards |
