Unspecified "Internal consistency Error": don't panic, reboot PC

Hi all.

Since a few minuts I'm running into a nightmare with a quite complicated project, i.e. a PLC + HMI program (1214 - TP777B-6) with many software modules.

Everything was running smoothly until I modified something into the main program.

Then the complete compile process ends with this error:
 

,An internal consistency error has occurred. Please compile the program in this CPU again. The following blocks could not be compiled: 050-052 PID_cold_M1 [FC29]; 050-052 PID_heat_M2 [FC28]; Process IN [FC14]; _AI_convert_all [FC23]; Process_OUT [FC15]; 070-073-Alarms_HMI [FC11]; 052-Water_Valve_Pos_Alarm [FC4]; 032-034-Supply_Fan_AHU [FC9]; 030-031-Damper [FC8]; 035-037-Pumps [FC22]; 010-Manual_Mode [FC6]; FirstRun [OB100]; Main [OB1]; ,,,1:40:47 PM

The message says that a few modules "could not be compiled", but they are correcly compiled.

The problem is solved by rebooting the PC. A simple TIA portal restart didn't help. 

I'm using TIA13 SP1 Upd 4

Thanks for sharing. Maybe you should report it to Siemens support, so that they will remove that bug in future versions.

This problem happened with me. But the problem was that the date my computer was incorrect, meaning:

I compiled the program today for example. Then, when I change my computer time to last week, it happened, I just corrected my date and time to become newer than the last compile and it worked.

P.S: I changed my computer time to last week because when I run PLCSIM, it tells me that some files have invalid signatures, and when I check the certificates of these files, turned out to be expired, so I had to make my computer time within the validity period.

I have the same problem, but I don't know why it happened. When I charge the program of my CPU, I can simulate, but when I change a few thing of my blocs or my program, the problem happened...

Thank you for the post. I too faced the same problem after a date change of my pg. Couldn't find out what's going wrong. I hope this post will help me to resolve the issue. I will post the result of this fix,so that it might help the other guys.
