NxVI Bronze Member Joined: 8/25/2010 Last visit: 2/23/2025 Posts: 10 Rating: (1)	when a ktp 400 panel was being started, an OS update was requested, when the update was being processed a power outage happened. the power supply returned and the panel couldnt upload its OS. the os cant be uploaded again in any way ( wincc Flexible or Prosave) is there a way to restore the panel to its initial factory settings?

NxVI Bronze Member Joined: 8/25/2010 Last visit: 2/23/2025 Posts: 10 Rating: (1)	i already used the mentioned manuals when i tried to restore de KTP400, the HMI cant load, and the menu doesnt appear when you connect it to a power supply, the hmi remains in the SO information screen and doesnt want to communicate with neither of the programs for restoring it to factory settings the communication of another HMI, wich is woking perfectly, was tested with the cable, and the backup was made normally, but the KTP400 im talking about doesnt want to communicate, not even by its MAC address.

luzkov Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Exact same problem. I can not change the IP address. By default, 0,0,0,0. It could not be reset to factory settings, and update the OS. onlain access see the device, but can not change the settings. Prosave can not connect. Is it possible to reset Hardwar?
