Update instance db block

i would like to update my instance db block when i add new network in the respective FB.

Please tell the steps to update my instance db

 If you change the declaration table of the FB you are working with, it is necessary to update the IDB and the FB where it is called.To do so,open the FB and in editor use File--> Check and update accesses.

In case of any change in FB and IDB , download them in a sequence that no access error happens in PLC.I suggest such a download when the plant or machine is out of service.

 I Tried out this , but still my problem is not yet solved 

I am using multiple istance db block , when i  add new declaration table of the FB in stl program , the statIc variable is not yet update in corresponding DB. I  also did check and update accesses

If there is anyother way to update instance DB . Please let me know
