I have this Package:

6ES7651-5AC17-0YE5

SIMATIC PCS 7, SOFTWARE, UPGRADE PACKAGE ENGINEERING (AS/OS: PO 250 TO 2000) FROM V6.X TO V7.1 FLOATING LICENSE F.1 USER E-SW, WITHOUT SW AND DOCU. LICENSE KEY ON USB STICK, CLASS A 3 LANGUAGES (G, E, F) EXECUTABLE UNDER XPPROF/ WINSRV2003 REFERENCE HW: PCS7 547C: ES/OS, SERVER

I didnt know how can use it.
Please Help me ; How i will Update my Installed PCS7 from V6.x to V7.1?
Please Say to me Step by Step Updating the PCS7 from V6.x to V 7.1.

I think occurred a mistake.

I've already read this manual.I think these manuals explain the way of upgrading a project to V 7.1.

But my problem is ,in the beginning of this way,

how i should upgrade my PCS7 from V6.1 to V7.1 ? and then,i want to create a new project in the upgraded PCS7 V7.1.

for this reason,

First;I should upgrade my PCS7 from Version 6.1 to V7.1.

Second;I should create new project in the upgraded PCS7 V7.1.

For follow the First Section, I've done these steps:

A)I have Installed PCS7 V6.1.

B)I have Installed the original License of PCS7 V6.1.

C)I updated my V6.1 PCS7, to V7.1 , by installing the PCS7 V7.1 DVD with selecting the UPDATE Package item.(Please see the attachment.)

D)I have Installed the original License for upgrading (V6.x to V7.1) by use of (6ES7651-5AC17-0YE5) package.

But after finish this steps, I have the License Error for opening the PCS7 V7.1.

If i take a mistake, and the steps (A,B,C,D) are wrong, please help me and show the correct way.

Special thanks from your help.About the upgrading of PCS7 from 6.1 to 7.1 ,my problem seems solved.its means that now,my PCS7 updated from V6.1 to V7.1 ,successfully.

But my problems didn't solved completely.

please attention:

A)with this upgrading I have the Licenses in the ALM (Automation License Management) like attachment No.1 in the All Attachments.pdf file.
B)After Opening The WinCC, Please see the attachment NO.2, for the quantity of
process objects and License in the All Attachments.pdf file.

C)During go to Runtime mode for WinCC, Please see the attachment NO.3 for track the
License error in the All Attachments.pdf file.

D)Also please see the detail about the error in attachment NO.4 in the All Attachments.pdf file.

E)After Press "Open" key , please see the attachment NO.5 in the All Attachments.pdf file.

After review, I wonder if you could tell me how to solve this problem.

About the RT License,exactly,I will install it.

But my question is:

I have installed the WinCC RC PO (2000) License, but why the License error occured at WinCC RC PO (2000) ?!!!

Another time ,attention to All Attachments.pdf and clarify the answer for me please.
