Upload from LOGO! 24RC

Hello,

I need to upload the user program from a couple of old LOGO 24RC. I'm using a PG W.7 with Logo S.Confort 8.1 and the usb Logo cable. I was successful with the 6ED1-052-1HB00-0BA4  but not with the 6ED1-052-1HB00-0BA3. I follow the right procedure of the user manual and in the connection window the test is ok.

The result is:

*** Logo! -->PC

0BA3.standard

Upload Logo! --->PC completed

Upload Logo! --->PC failed

What I missed?

What i understand, you have one Logo 0BA4 and for this the upload is working well. The upload of another Logo 0BA3 is failed ?

Have you any other message as "Upload Logo! --->PC failed" ?

Maybe the program of the Logo 0BA3 is protected or this early model has additional procedures for uploading. I don't know it, my first Logo was a 0BA4.

LogoSoft dont connect automatically to the old LOGOs

You must at first set the Basic LOGO modulen to connection to a PC, then upload or download the programm in LOGOSoft.

Yes of course. I followed the right procedure according  to the user manual and the communication test gives ok, but when I run the upload the result is that.

Unfortunately not, see the attached s.shoot. In both cases the procedure is the same as the manual says, even if the 0BA4 reminds you to stop the Logo if you forgot, while the 0BA3 simply gives communication error. LogoSoft v.8 should be compatible with all previous Logo. Maybe if I find an old LogoSoft license and virtualize an XP machine ...
