Uprgading V7.0 to V7.3

I want to upgrade my project from WinCC v7.0 to v7.3.

I already purchased the licenses upgrade and i know how to upgrade them

Is there a step-by-step guide for the upgrade of the software?

Configuration:

Server 1(NEW): Windows Server 2012

WinCC RC v7.3 update 7

Server 2: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP2

WinCC RC v7.0

Client 1+2: Windows 7 Professional  SP1

WinCC RT v7.0
