USB Module for 840D NCU Communication

Before i am communicating 840D NCU through CP5512 Card. Now when is Connect the USB Module to my laptop, there is no any light glowing in the Module. How to communicate it.

How to communicate it. in X122 / X102 24 V only present if 24 V is fed to X121 (cable distributor). and the PC Adapter USB need the 24V of X122/102
