Hi All Ihave a single non Redundant DP line and4 analog 4-20mA lines, Is itpossible to use a Y-coupler for non Redundant DP, a SM331 for analog inputs and a IM153-2 in a same rack?Or I need to use a IM153-1 for my analog inputs and chain it with my non redundant DP and thenpass itto aY-link? Please Help... ! Splitted from Y-Cooupler module in ET200M rack. |

Hello Sir_Psy I thought the already given answerson this subject by J_Belland RichWargoare petty clear, but will tryto remove any possible causes for misunderstanding. NO YES Alternatively: Two IM153-2's + AI card on the redundant Profibus side as a physically seperate rack to the Y-Link. OR Usageof PA Instruments(instead of the 4 analog 4-20mA lines into a AI card) together with a DP/PA Link. I hope this helps |
