Hi , I want to use two different digital outputs from two different cards to control a horn. This is placed in zone 2 and I placed two diodes right at each output to protect the output. the challenge is that the diodes are not zone 2 approved. What I'm wondering is that if I connect two digital outputs together without an external diode, can I destroy the output with reverse voltage? or does the card have an internal protection? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, The better to use only 1 DO signal with the two conditions programmed in the CPU. So the network to energize this DO signal have two branches (one brach for each condition) |
