Using Ext compensation for 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 for thermocouple measurement

Hi,

 We wanted to test the module 6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0 for thermocouple readings. I tried linear internal compensation mode for K type and got a constant error of 14 deg in measurement.

We want to improve the accuracy of the measurement by using external compensation.

Can anyone guide us how to use a external sensor like PT 100 for external connection with the AI module.How to connect the pt100 between Comp+ and Mana and in the hardware configuration in simatic.

We are new to thermocouple measurement so any help will be great.

My question is how to use pt100 along with K type thermocouples. Wiring pt 100 and reading its values independently is fine.

But how to use pt100 as a source for external compensation for measurement of thermocouple temperature.
