Running a simulation of the HMI and PLC (ET200SP), and all values are showing, however I am unable to change any values, the cell just blinks red. I am sure I am forgetting something silly, but I am not able to find what I am doing wrong. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Attachment Screenshot 2023-04-05 101917.png (148 Downloads)

If I copy the field and change it to a local/internal variable, I can change it without problem. I believe it to be something in the communication between the HMI and PLC (both simulated). I tried enabling/disabling legacy communication without luck. Values update in the HMI when I change them in the PLC, I just am not able to change them from the HMI. Very strange.

The PLC part is virtually identical to what we have used with the regular comfort panel. Could it be the certificates? I just believe if anything is wrong there it would not show values either..

Out of curiosity I changed the firmware to V2.8 but I am getting the same error. I enter a new value, it blinks red and reverts to whatever it was.
