Hello Dears, I have the following issue: Marco used Cn009, application: Water Pump with Pressure sensor Feedback. Issue: the V20 wakeup from Hibernate and follow a ramp up time until reached the minimum setpoint (P1080), while the demand frequency is high and the PID working blind without considering the right state of the inverter "its still waking up", suddenly after reaching the minimum setpoint frequency its jump to the PID setpoint which is very high without ramp, and this make the F001. we tried to tune the P & I parameters, reducing the Hibernate On-Delay time, but we couldnt make the optimal operation. we tried the solution mentioned in the link below but it didnt solve the issue completely https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/az/en/view/109481292 the solution could be in a very simple modification in the V20 internal configuration which is when the inverter reaches the minimum frequency the PID should reset its setpoint to this value so the pump speed up smoothly. could this be done by BICO? what is your suggestion? |
