V7.1 Interlock Block

minhajie Posts: 96 Rating: (10)	Hi, I am using interlock block in PCS7 V7.1. I was trying to display the individual interlock inputidentifier on the face plate. I found the option for displaying the Analog value for individual interlock inputs and its identifier as well but how would I display the identifier of the interlock input (there is no analog value to be displayed so plenty of space to display the interlock input identifier.) e.g. Safety Interlock 1 Safety Interlock 2 Safety Interlock 3 .... Safety Interlock 8 Regards, Minhaj

zerepegro Posts: 183 Rating: (8)	Hello minhajie; In the Interlock block you can change a text associated to value 'true' and 'false' trough attributes S7_string_0 and S7_string_1, which the block has already. So you have to configure this texts (16 char as maximum) for every value. Is this what you are looking for?

Well I knew this option but I was interested in having a fixed text for each box and using the 'Healthy' and 'Interlocked' text in the string_0 and string_1. Just like the option of displaying analog values where you can display the Identifier and the value. Regards, MinhajIE

zerepegro Posts: 183 Rating: (8)	Hello minhajie; If you want to configure a tag in your interlock input, as you said, you can use the shortcut in the Auxiliary Values (AV01.VALUE#shortcut, AV02.VALUE#shortcut, etc...). Regards

Regards I think this is exactly what I am looking for, but I cannot see how to enter a text string into AV01.VALUE#shortcut. Is it done in the CFC or in WinCC?
