ViewerRt.exe v7.5, server v7.0: Not all customers see to library items

you speak about the HMI Symbol Library ?
This was known, and will be solved with the Update 2 for V7.5 SP1.
The Update 2 is actually not yet available, but the release
is planned for the end of this month.

yes, this behaviour has happened with WinCC V 7.5 SP1,
but it has not occured with WinCC V7.5.
In SP1 is a malfunction, which causes this behaviour.
This behaviour should be resolved with Update 2 for WinCC V 7.5 SP1.

I know some communication problems with WinCC V 7.5 SP1 with
Channel Simatic S7 Protocol Suite, maybe they are with
Modbus TCP/IP too.
You should have installed the Update 1 for WinCC V 7.5 SP1
to solve this.
The corrections with Update 1 are in Update 2 too, of course.

in this case you should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - Data Collector (SAS-DC) -
formerly known as SIMATIC Diagnostics Tool (SDT) - to collect diagnostics and
system information from the Computer.

Then create a Service Request, and send the data to the
Technical Support of Siemens.
