Voltage leak in DQ4 output card with ET200SP Processor

I'm using the output card to trigger a buzzer when measurements are taken by a micrometer.  My problem is that there appears to be a 7V leak voltage coming from the output.  The buzzer is connected directly to Q0.0 with the COM side connected to the COM bus of the terminal base.

I've tried connecting a different output card to the slot and the issue is still present.  I tried using a different output on the card and the issue is still present.  I measure about 3.5V when the output is connected to the buzzer, and about 7V when there's no load.

I'm really puzzled why this is occurring.  There's only 3 cards total on the rack, an input card (that's not even being used) and a serial card.

The buzzer is the only output connected to the card.  I've attached the hardware config of my project.

we are also facing the same issue with "6ES7132-6BH00-0BA0" card. it was conncted to LED lamp, so because of this 7v issue, its started to glow. without load, across multi-meter it shows 7v. 

Contacted hotline and they have replied that, 

"this is a voltage caused by the integrated broken circuit detection of the module.
If you don´t want to use broken circuit diagnostic, we offer DQ modules with function class Basic"

So i think its card property(atleast in my case) and i don't have basic module(without diagnostic option) to check is 7v is there in that card also or not. 

Does anybody having basic card to check the voltage is coming or not ?

wirebreak-diagnostic can be disabled with the DQ-module that you have
