If you have to update firmware for a WAGO device, contact WAGO support for assistance. If you cannot ping a PN device, verify the device is showing up in TIA Portal in the project tree, in the "Online access" area, according to what network adapter is connected to the same network as the WAGO device. If the WAGO device PN name and PN IP match exactly what is in your project, contact WAGO for the reason it is not showing as connected in the Portal project. If you cannot ping the device, you can (most likely) use the project tree -> online access method to connect to the device and assign the PN name and PN IP.

Hello,
here correct firmware version of GSDML file is required to set. It can be not easy to determine this because actual version can be different to updated already inside. I recomemnd download Wago expected cfg SW and do diagnostic for first to collect data inside device for sure. In case all is ok and you do cfg, I expect also termination 600 module at last position at your rack. Correct cfg can be done via Wago SW or GSDML file in my opinion, in this case I recommend download documentation to Coupler from Wago web where is all perfectly described how to that. |
With best regards... |

Hello; Where does the BF LED appear, on the S7 CPU or on the Wago coupler, or both? If it shows up on the CPU, open the diagnostic buffer and tell us the logged messages that correspond to the Wago module. Look for references to OB 86 in the entries. If you are not familiar with the diagnostic buffer, save the messages in a text file (use the Save As.. button in the buffer screen) and attach it here so we can help you out. If it appears on the 750-377 coupler, something is wrong in the configuration of the module. Duris_I had already given you good suggestions on the subject. The following link will open the Wago webpage for the 750-377 coupler. Open the downloads area, the Device Files section will show you the latest gsd file, and you will find the system manual in the Documentation section. The manual explains very well the configuration that must be done on the coupler. https://www.wago.com/ca-en/io-systems/fieldbus-coupler-profinet-io/p/750-377#downloads Hope this helps, |
