Web Publisher Error

Hello,

i use WinCC V7.5 with Webclients, in the past 2 Days i did some changes, e.g. added new connections, new pictures and a few OnlineTableControls.   When i view my changed on the Server Runtime everything works fine.  I just stoped the Runtime to publish the changes with the Publishing Wizard.

Now i get this error message when i want to publish the pictures.   

Is there any Documentation with wich i can find out the error, or someone who know whats happening there?

Edit: This occures on 6 pictures in wich i copied buttons to swich between pictures, but they work fine in the runtime.  

When i look into the WizardLog.txt i get the same Error for every PDL that i edited / created the last 2 days. Its always this, just with a other PDL name.

I am using WinCC 7.5.2 upd 9.

After one restart the next day, it worked. Just to be sure, i am installing everything fresh.
