WebNavigator - publishing local data without server prefix it returns Fail

I've similar problem: PCS V7.1 SP2, WinCC V7.0+SP2 and WinCC WebNavigator V7.0+SP2 are compatible, but when I publish local data without server prefix it returns Fail: Line: 103 Error: error (003f) : undefined identifier 'APL_AttachToWorkField' Line: 103 Error: error (0066) : 'APL_AttachToWorkField' is not a function Line: 241 Error: error (003f) : undefined identifier 'APL_UpdateScreenCompositionInfo' Line: 241 Error: error (0066) : 'APL_UpdateScreenCompositionInfo' is not a function What is the problem?
