Basically, it was to support all the new s7-1500 specific changes available in TIA Portal v15.1. Ajey i have searched in Google about that. Ajey Posts: 23 Rating: (1)	yes i got your point but then i was using before TIA Portal v15 trail when it was running perfectly fine. after then when i changed to new TIA Portal v15 licensed it was showing fault. that's why i'm trying to find out what was going wrong. huggy_d1 My understanding v2.6 added new instructions and hardware support options that are not available in older firmware. ChristophD Grandmaster Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 9/3/2024 Posts: 22352 Rating: (3008)	Hello, what exactly showing fault? i only read the problem with the SMC in 1511 from you, this is independet to the tia portal version. you will not gat a dtailed list with fixes in the FW, most times such lists only exists for HF of a FW Version but not for a new FW Release. 0_Einstein Diamond Member Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 9/11/2024 Posts: 15174 Rating: (2417)	Changing to a licensed version compared to a trial version is a selection in the license manager and has nothing to do with TIA portal operating, nor to what PLC project and which version of firmware is open. If you have an error that just so happened after the full license was installed, it is not related to it being fully licensed.
