Which LEDs turn on by S-400 modules to reaction to types of fault?

My question is about S-400 modules reaction to types of fault. My mean is exactly which fault LEDs on which module turn on in every case of fault (e.g. "module removed or not responding" fault or "incorrect module type" fault or "error in module parameter assignment" or "Module inserted but problem (module ID cannot be read)" Fault and etc )?

Is it generally true that if the CP card become faulty and fault LED turn on, the FM card LED turn on to show fault situation too?!!

Is it generally true that if the Digital module become faulty, all other modules such as FM, CP, Analog modules(I do not know about IM card in these case but I am sure that CPU LEDs turn on ) show fault situation and their fault LEDs turn on and also unlike other cards this brings CPU to STOP mode too??
