Which timer to use to run pump only at night.

Call it "Auto" mode.. Which timer block is best for that ? Want you switch of the same time of the clock, e.g. 10pm? If yes, then a weekly timer. Or should the pump a fix running time, e.g. 3 hours? If yes, then start with F4 a delay-off timer.

AutoGen_380038 Silver Member Joined: 9/11/2014 Last visit: 12/23/2022 Posts: 602 Rating: (23)	Hi, instead of the weekly timer the astronomical clock is an option. with LOGO! 8 With this LOGO! function calculates sunrise and sunset. A delay (+/- 59 minutes) is also possible. If you use this function your pump only runs if you press F4 and it is dark. But the LOGO! time&date needs to be synchroniced. Best is to synchronice via NTP with your router. Hope this helps
