One left hand side has some fault suppose if it flashes with one Hz then battery alarm like so. Right side LED should be continous on. Reset procedure is 1. Switch CPU to stop mode 2. Press restart switch 3. Press and relese reset switch on power supply. CPU run LED getts on and then off. 4. relese restart switch 5. Made CPU to rin mode. 6. Press and relese reset switch on power supply. that's it. Healthy condition Green LED on CPU should ON and red LED (RHS)on NC1 should on
