legervi Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Hi I have a TIA PORTAL V12 sp1 project, For the HMI in this project, it is MP 377 19'' touch and I am able to start the simulation. My problem is that I am not able to start the simulation on PLC part of this project. WinAC MP377. I have PLC SIM v12, but I think it can only simulate S7-1500 PLC, Am I right? Cicero Gold Member Joined: 10/10/2005 Last visit: 10/18/2024 Posts: 1921 Rating: (136)	Hello legervi, in STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V14 and higher, for all product groups there is a common interface for S7-PLCSIM so that it is easier to start S7-PLCSIM in STEP 7 (TIA Portal). With TIA Portal V14 and higher you can download via the new S7-PLCSIM interface for the product groups S7-300/S7-400/S7-1200/S7-1500. Then, on the system side, the S7-PLCSIM for the selected product group is started.
