Wincc Comfort Multiple visibilty

Trip animation has been shown in the attached scrrenshot. Actually i have tested by using all script tags as faceplate tag and it works. but when it is replaced with property tags it is not reading the script. i have also assigned Events to read the script once the property tag (both Faceplate visibilty and trip tags) values are changed. So could you please check where am i doing wrong.
