Wincc EVENT NOTIFIER

AutoGen_959480 Member Joined: 1/29/2015 Last visit: 10/4/2024 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, could someone help us with this problem, we are trying to notificate by mail some alarms by te complemento of calendar sheulder ( event notifier), we are making a test and seems it doesn´t work OUR CONFIGURATION IN EVENT NOTIFIER : -In the Communication Service we have added and configured our server, when performing the test the mail is sent and we can see it in the inbox -In the contact editor we have added a new contact whit his mail, and te server that we configured previoysly , when performing the test the mail is sent -In the alarm logging we configured an alarm (nº99999999), with a internal variable (bit) -In the notification editor we configured, a new notification where the selection criteria is the number (nº99999999) equal to our alarm, also in the message block we configured , the subject and the body message -In the notification shedule we configured, the beggining (01/01/2018) and the end (01/01/2019) date, the contact and the notification that we have created previusly, we use the default calendar -In the calendar we can see the notification -We start the runtime and manually activate the bit of the alarm, in the wincc alarm control we can see how the alarm appears, but we wait and wait and never recive the mail Someone have an idea that what are we making wrong? thanks
