WINCC Flexible 2007 - Trap the event when Log Out Time expires for the current user

lgabriel Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Using WIN CC Flexible 2007 on Siemens 277 10" Touch Screen I have a button on the splash screen which allows a user to log into the system. I display the current USER ID on the main system screen along with time/date field. I have set up User Administrative screen to allow new users to be entered as well as setting the automatic Log Off Time by the administrator. My question is: Is there a way to detect when a user is automatically logged off (time out). I want to update theUSER IDfield on my screen by executing the GETUSER command, but I need something to trigger this command. I have a LOG IN/LOGOUT button which automatically changes the USER ID on the screen to NONE when the operator logs out. Would like the same thing to happen, when the user is automatically loggedout. Use a script -> "GetGroupNumber SmartTags("Groupnumber") 2.) Use the Scheduler ->Event 1 min -> under the function list you call up the script. Every min. the script will be called and the groupnumber will be read and updated. So if the value "0" you can see that nobody are log on. Instead of the scheduler you can toggle a tagfrom the plc and under the properties -> "Change value" you use the script or use direct the function "GetGroupNumber". regards,
